Hello,
On a Windows Server 2008 Enterprise x64 edition with Service Pack 1, the
counter referenced in the subject is visible and an instance can be retrieved
via CIM Studio, but using a tool such as WbemTest fails with an 'Invalid
Class' error. It also fails with the same error from a 3rd party
application. MS Support, please provide a workaround.

Thanks,

Matt

Hello Matt

Welcome to the Newsgroup support service.

I can replicate the problem that Win32_PerfRawData_ASPNET64_ASPNET appears
in CIM Studio though it cannot be used in WbemTest. I'm discussing the
issue with the product group to see the relationship between
Win32_PerfRawData_ASPNET64_ASPNET and Win32_PerfRawData_ASPNET_ASPNET. I
will report back soon.

Hello Matt

I get the product group's comment that this may be some product issue in
wbemtest / wmicodecreator. Please try Scriptomatic instead of
wmicode-creater or wbemtest, it will give you
"Win32_PerfRawData_ASPNET64_ASPNET" class information also. Please do let
us know, if have any issue in using Scriptomatic.
